Welcome to Easy Yoga ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), accessible at easyyoga.app and app.easyyoga.app (the "Site," "App," or "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

1. Description of Service

Easy Yoga provides access to a library of pre-recorded yoga and pilates video content and related features for registered users:

  • Video Library: On-demand yoga and pilates workout and exercise videos.
  • Onboarding Questionnaire: A guided onboarding experience that captures your goals and preferences.
  • Account Features: Watch progress, favorites, and profile management.

Easy Yoga is a fitness and wellness product. It does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight, or wellness outcome. Easy Yoga is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice (see Section 3).

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Easy Yoga is a fitness and wellness product, not a medical service. The content, recommendations, and information provided through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, elderly, have a pre-existing medical condition or injury, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely.
  • You exercise at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical capabilities and exercising within your limits. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
  • We make no warranty as to any specific health, fitness, weight, or wellness outcome. Results vary by individual.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the content or your participation in any exercise.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Account Registration & Access

To access the Service, you must have an account. Accounts are provisioned after a successful subscription purchase. Sign-in is passwordless: you log in via a secure magic link sent to your email. You agree to:

  • Provide an accurate, current, and valid email address.
  • Keep access to your email account secure and not share your sign-in links.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@easyyoga.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account or the content.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Model

Easy Yoga is offered through paid recurring subscription plans (e.g. weekly, monthly, and quarterly). The specific features, price, currency, and billing period are presented at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

⚠ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • Recurring Subscription: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the next billing date. There is no free trial.
  • Automatic Charges: By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Billing Cycle: Each billing cycle runs from the date of your most recent payment for the length of the plan you selected (e.g. 7, 30, or 90 days).

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

5.3 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days. If all payment attempts fail, your access to the Service may be suspended until payment succeeds.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change the subscription price from time to time with at least 14 days' advance notice. The new price applies at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Billing portal: The billing/customer portal accessible from your account settings.
  • Email: A cancellation request to support@easyyoga.app.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Access ends when the current paid period expires.

6.3 Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@easyyoga.app.
  • Recurring Charges: Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle, except where required by law.
  • EU/UK consumers: Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, by purchasing and accessing the content you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. Our 7-day guarantee is offered voluntarily in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

7. Intellectual Property & Content License

All content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, algorithms, branding, and software, is owned by Easy Yoga or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use only, for the duration of your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the video content.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or digital-rights mechanism.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or extract data without our express written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or servers.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, Supabase and Amazon Web Services for infrastructure, our video CDN for streaming, Klaviyo for email). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY YOGA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INJURY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY EXERCISE (SEE SECTION 3).

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, for EU/UK consumers, statutory rights).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Yoga and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute-resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
